About Fortaleza Treatment Centers
Fortaleza Treatment Centers provide compassionate, patient-centered mental health services in Elyria and Cleveland, Ohio. The mental health clinics take a holistic approach to care, focusing on their patient’s whole health, not their symptoms or disease.
The practice specializes in addiction treatment, including substance abuse, alcohol use disorder, and opioid dependency.
The on-site board-certified psychiatrists and mental health professionals use best practice clinical guidelines for addiction. This includes a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program that combines prescription medication with behavioral therapy.
In addition to MAT, the mental health centers offer case management, an adult transition program, and reentry services. Fortaleza Treatment Centers also provide psychiatry and mental health treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
When it comes to addiction and mental health, the professionals at the Fortaleza Treatment Centers do more than write prescriptions. They work to strengthen the patients, families, and communities they serve.
